Return policy

You can return the products within 14 days regardless of the reason.

• The return is free and easy;
• Email us at ioana@solluna-store.com, let us know if you would like a product exchange or your money back and we will call the courier to pick up the parcel from you; please have it ready in the original box or any other box that is accepted by Fan Courier or DHL Express;
• For a valid return, products must be in perfect shape, with no signs of being worn, spoiled or any other kind of damage that is not a manufacturer flaw;
• In case of a valid return, according to your desire, we will either credit your account within 14 days from the receiving of the returned products, or we will exchange the product;
• In case of returns that are not considered to be valid, refunds are denied and the products will be sent back to you.
